Zu den anstrengendsten Berufen mit erhöhter psychosozialer Beanspruchung zählen im Allgemeinen diejenigen, in denen zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen eine große Rolle spielen. Vor allem Lehrkräfte sind solchen hohen psychischen Belastungen ausgesetzt. Neben der Dienstunfähigkeit und dem vorgezogenen Ruhestand als Folge einer psychischen Erkrankung, gilt es zu beachten, „dass ohne Lehrergesundheit eine hohe Qualität des Lehrens und Lernens auf Dauer nicht möglich ist“ (SCHAARSCHMIDT 2009, 605).
SCHAARSCHMIDT (2009, 607ff.) konnte in einer bundesweit angelegten Studie mit 7.413 Lehrkräften zeigen, dass in der Berufsgruppe der Lehrer eine besonders problematische Beanspruchungssituation vorliegt und deshalb die Lehrerarbeit mit gesundheitlichen Risiken verbunden ist. Zeitdruck oder Verwaltungsaufgaben sind Beispiele für Stressoren, mit denen Lehrpersonen konfrontiert sind (GOLYSZNY, KÄRNER & SEMBILL 2012, 222). Auch in den Unterrichtspausen ist häufig keine Erholung möglich, oftmals ist die Stresseinwirkung in diesen Phasen durch Trubel und Lärm sogar am höchsten (SCHAARSCHMIDT 2009, 605).

Der Begriff Wirtschaftsethik lässt sich folgendermaßen definieren: Vor dem Hintergrund der Ethik versucht die Wirtschaftsethik praktisch anwendbare Lösungsansätze für moralische Probleme der Wirtschaft zu formulieren.
Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Arbeit werden zwei wirtschaftsethische
Ansätze, zum einen der nach Peter Ulrich und zum anderen der nach Karl Homann nicht ausführlich vorgestellt, sondern während des Vergleichs inte¬grativ beschrieben.
Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es die markantesten Divergenzen und Gemeinsamkeiten herauszuarbeiten. Begonnen wird mit der Vorstellung von Peter Ulrich und Karl Homann.
